Is Congress Serious about MAHA, including Wireless?

Congressman Roy (R-TX) attracted NHF’s attention first with his leadership in opening up the health insurance market to empower patients with expanded, tax-advantaged Health Savings Accounts – an effort supported with our own NHF campaign for patient empowerment. Then, he joined a dozen other signers of our letter to pressure the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) NOT to extend its COVID-19 shot emergency authorization to ever younger kids. The questions our vaccine attorney Greg Glaser devised so impressed vaccine inventor-turned critic Robert Malone that he substacked about NHF’s letter. Then, Mr. Roy posted a tweet that offered hope to the one-third of Americans harmed by wireless radiation: he expressed a willingness to hear Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. speak about the health risks posed by the growing web of wireless antennas. These include 5G towers, which are being rapidly deployed – often without congressional pushback – near homes, schools, and parks. Yet most politicians still fear leading on informed consent, whether for vaccines or wireless, or even genetically-mutated organisms or atmospheric chemical-spraying. Unlike Congress, Trump is keeping his word, empowering RFK Jr. with a Make America Healthy Again (MAHA) commission to investigate the cause of the real epidemic, chronic disease. But just as Congress resisted approval of RFK Jr., will they continue to resist the will of Americans who voted for Health Freedom?
Stopping the wireless mesh has become a priority of NHF, with lobbyist Frohman cooperating with the National Call for Safe Technology in rousing the grassroots to schedule weekly meetings to educate congressional staff on the dangers of Telecom’s legislative bills to force experimental wireless technologies onto property owners with zero informed consent and zero liability for harms caused by crony conglomerates. Children’s Health Defense helped the cause greatly with a victory in 2021 before the Federal Appeals Court of the DC Circuit, where attorney McCollough (along with current HHS Secretary Kennedy) led the court to rule that the Federal Communications Commission reaffirmation of its outdated, 1996 radio frequency microwave radiation exposure limits was arbitrary and capricious because it ignored the more than 10,000 pages of scientific evidence of biological harm to humans and the environment. We seek opposition to all Telecom bills until the FCC complies with this court order –a campaign for which one now can send NHF’s Safe Broadband email to their politicians. NHF’s email opposes in the short term auctioning of what’s called “spectrum” and includes language to repeal a section of the Telecom law (704) that bars lawsuits against Telecom when its antennas physically harm us. CHD is also bringing a lawsuit seeking to overturn the section with the No More 704 Campaign. If you are terrified of a cell tower encroaching too close, Mr. McCollough will also describe CHD’s “Stop5G Near Me” project, which provides advice and consultation on how to oppose proposed towers in local areas.
