1. No Vaccine Mandates, even during Emergencies. For vaccines touched federally via licensing, funding, mandating or regulation (including emergency authorizations), prohibit mandates or require either a Natl Informed Consent Exemption (from 118th Congress, the Gohmert NICE act, whose pending reintroduction by Rep. Miller needs your Rep’s original cosponsorship), a bill which also has the Surgeon General reporting to an independent vaccine committee the results of Disease Outcome comparison studies between the vaccinated and the unvaxxed control group (which never has been done), or enforce the 1st Amendment prohibition on interference with Religious Rights (by cajoling Trump’s Religious Liberty Commission to require a religious exemption nationwide). Congress also should restore vaxx injury liability onto pHARMa and repeal the PREP act which grants govt a license to commit crime without liability.

2. Don't trade one threat to informed consent with another. The MAHA grassroots that joined MAGA to elect Trump appreciated conservative opposition to Biden’s vaccine mandate. 90% of these property owners also decline Realtor offers of homes too close to a wireless radiation-emitting cell tower that crushes home values by 20%. FCC’s recent claims of safety were thrown out by the DC Federal Appeals Court in 2021 for “capriciously” ignoring more than 10,000 pages of scientific evidence of biological harm to the environment and humans. RFK’s Trump-ordered MAHA investigation of what’s causing the real epidemic, chronic disease, now includes ElectroMagnetic Radiation. Congress is about to flood our parks and current towers with an unlimited number of additional antennas, with zero local discretion to zone these towers far from where we live, work and play. Before Reconciliation authorizes FCC spectrum auctions or the Administration implements a recent Parks law sections 141-3, both need to be amended to require prior FCC compliance with that court order. Before forcing experimental technology onto property owners with zero informed consent and zero liability, please ensure its safety.

3. Use competition to give families an alternative to unpopular ObamaCare. Despite widespread consumer dissatisfaction with insurer denial of claims, Congress and several states have bills to limit Sharing, a nonprofit payment model that competes with ObamaCare just as credit unions compete with banks. To avoid a monopoly by Affordable Care Act (ACA) exchange plans, we need to repeal barriers to competition. For Sharing, that means repealing the 1999 limit barring fair treatment to secular Sharing companies (which started after 1999), and making monthly Share payments (like insurance premiums) an Health Savings Account (HSA) eligible expense (and repeal the requirement to combine HSAs with an insurance policy, a linkage requirement preventing stand-alone HSAs). Also include Sharing as an acceptable Medicaid waiver (in conjunction, if desired, with HSAs or Direct Primary Care, the subscription model whose monthly payment rescues doctors from the hamster wheel of fee-for-service and expands time allowed with patients). We need also to promote the Medicare Medical Savings Account program, to empower our seniors instead of corporations or the government.

4. Stop letting pHARMa use the FDA to persecute superior natural health care. The failure of allopathy (mainstream, pHARMa-based medicine) to stop chronic disease from exploding to infecting over half the population has led millions to try alternative care. FDA, years ago, issued “Guidance” for both traditional homeopathy AND compounding by pharmacists who use non-pHARMa ingredients. Both guidelines have led to drug-like pre approval requirements for natural health treatments, and both need to be repealed. Further, given polling support for clear labeling, natural entrepreneurs need to be given back their First Amendment Free Speech rights to tell consumers what the science says about their products - and corny corporations should not continue to be allowed to use misleading language to hide toxins from the label.

5. Rescue consumers from the licensing quality trap. Licensing stopped being about consumer protection decades ago, as successful companies realized it instead could be used to bar entry from competition. Consumers are left in the dust, confused how to access quality in any market. Arizona and now Oklahoma have introduced bills to escape licensing for members of associations that offer certification, with the government relegated to prosecuting fraudulent misuse of certification criteria offered by such orgs. No certifier could bar entry to a new assn offering BETTER certification - thus ending the threat of monopoly in enforcing “standards”. Entrepreneurs would train consumers to seek their brand, raising the quality of America’s market. To encourage more states to offer this upgrade from licensing, Congress could include in Medicaid waivers - or Exempt from Medicare physician payment cuts those states that pass - Competitive Certification. For a medicine-specific reform, the same incentives could be offered for state expanded scope of practice (see above link), needed to protect mainstream doctors trying natural alternatives from harassment by their licensing authorities.

6. Don't sacrifice health to the Climate Alarmists. With shoddy science Climate cultists have modified the weather for decades, partly from jet exhaust whose EPA regulation was deemphasized in the 2021 “Federal Weather Enterprise” report. The Biden Administration proposed billions for a variety of bureaucracies to pollute the atmosphere, inducing a daily haze that dims the sun and aggravates chronic disease. Congress should immediately defund geoengineering as well as 5th amendment taking-utility wireless meter mandates intended to mitigate debunked climate harm.

7. Respect patient privacy. Whether through RFK’s “wearables” promotion or the Fed’s central bank digital currency scheme, the MAGA grassroots did not elect Trump to aggravate the post-911 surveillance state or enable WHO preemption of declared emergencies that will lead to behavior coercion and persecution of independent Americans. Whether via Palantir, the worldwide spy grid pushed by the best friend of Vice President Vance, or any other vector in the wireless prison, America chooseS FREEDOM! For years Appropriators have defunded the Patient ID authorized in the HIPPA law. Stop the Digital ID that will lead to behavior coercion of dissidents not compliant with the narrative gatekeepers.
